How ordering works

  1. Order placed → instant confirmation email/SMS with your DG-##### order number.

  2. Processing (≤24 business hours) → we pick & pack Mon–Fri (excluding holidays).

  3. Shipped → you’ll get a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

  4. On the way → live tracking updates until delivered.

Heads up: tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan after you receive them.

We ship from our closest fulfillment partner when possible. Rural addresses and peak seasons may be on the longer end of the window.


Order status guide

  • Processing – we’ve received your order and it’s being prepared.

  • Packed – labeled and awaiting carrier pickup.

  • Dispatched – left our warehouse; tracking is live.

  • In Transit – moving between carrier facilities.

  • Out for Delivery – arriving today.

  • Delivered – handed off at your address.

  • Attempted Delivery – carrier will reattempt or leave a pickup notice.

  • Exception – weather, address, or customs delay (contact us if needed).


Address changes & cancellations

  • Need to edit/cancel? Reach out ASAP at support@divinegloss.com.

  • We can make changes until your order is dispatched (usually within 24 business hours). After dispatch, the carrier must reroute.


Delivery questions

Tracking says delivered, but I don’t have it.
Check with housemates/neighbours and around safe places. If still missing after 24 hours, email us and we’ll help investigate.

Damaged or missing items.
Email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

PO Boxes & parcel lockers.
Most carriers can deliver to PO Boxes/lockers, but if your address type isn’t supported we’ll contact you for an alternative.


Duties, taxes & customs

  • UK orders: VAT is included at checkout.

  • US & AU orders: Local duties/taxes may apply depending on order value and local rules. Any fees are collected by the carrier on delivery.


Returns & money-back guarantee

Try it risk-free. If you don’t love Divine Gloss, return within 30 days for a refund.
Start a return: returns@divinegloss.com (include your DG-##### number).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received/processed.
