Try Divine Gloss with confidence. If you’re not happy, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to get in touch and we’ll help you with a return or exchange.

How to start

  • Tell us what’s up (wrong item, not for your hair, arrived damaged—anything).

  • We’ll reply with simple next steps and a return label or instructions.

What to expect

  • We keep things hassle-free and human.

  • Once your return reaches us, refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • You’ll get an email at each step so you always know what’s happening.

A few friendly notes

  • The 30-day window begins on the delivery date shown by your tracking.

  • Gifts and exchanges are welcome—just reach out and we’ll guide you.

  • If your parcel arrived damaged, please include photos so we can sort it fast.

  • Items marked final sale (if any) aren’t returnable, but our team will still try to help.
